A Little About Me

As a licensed acupuncturist in both Kentucky (AC166) and Florida (AP4550), and an NCCAOM Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others find balance and healing through acupuncture. I hold a Master of Acupuncture from the Academy of Five Element Acupuncture, where I also completed training in Chinese Herbal Studies. My education didn’t stop there—I’ve pursued specialized training in Kiiko Matsumoto Style Acupuncture and continue to expand my knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the Balance Method.

My journey into holistic health began after a life-changing experience with hearing loss in my left ear, which was caused by a sinus infection. This condition affected not only my physical health but also my career in telecommunications. That challenge led me to explore alternative therapies, starting with Equine Acupressure Therapy, and ultimately, it ignited my passion for acupuncture.

My approach is deeply rooted in the Five Element Theory and the principles of Nagomi, where I believe that true healing comes from restoring balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. I specialize in Five Element Acupuncture, Kiiko Matsumoto Style Acupuncture, and Chinese Herbal Studies, blending ancient techniques with modern, personalized treatments for each individual.

As a lifelong equestrian and animal lover, my connection to nature plays a vital role in my practice. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me playing with my horses, hiking with my dogs, gardening, or tending to cattle, chickens, and other livestock. I am passionate about helping others address the underlying causes of their imbalances, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, so they can live healthier, more fulfilled lives. I’m am honored to currently be practicing in Somerset, KY.
